The US government said two sisters from Texas, along with a friend, disappeared in Mexico after they crossed the border to sell clothes at a flea market last month.
This is the second time an American has been kidnapped in Mexico in the past month. A few days ago, 4 guys were kidnapped by a Mexican cartel, unfortunately, only two survived. Then the case was solved in a matter of days, but the fate of the three women is still unknown.
US Customs and Border Protection says the women crossed into Mexico on February 24 in a 1995 Chevy Silverado. Later, the husband of one of the American women could not get through to her and contacted the police.
