Ukrainian nationals to renew U4U humanitarian parole for one year

Ukrainians who entered the USA before the start of the Uniting for Ukraine program will have their humanitarian parole extended, the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) website has reported.

The office will consider extending the parole and work permits of every Ukrainian citizen admitted to the states between February 24 and April 25, 2022. The DHS reports that this does not require an application. If DHS extends the status, all you need to do is download an updated Form I-94 with the new date of authorized stay in the U.S.

The form will be mailed to the address last listed in your USCIS personal account. If your address has changed, you will need to change it through Form AR-11.
