The City of New York has launched a MyCity portal that will help city residents find jobs, receive benefits and services, according to The New York Times.
Mycity is a way to access services and benefits conveniently available from New York City. The portal is a website and application, and you can find information about more than 10 languages. Job seekers can use Mycity to search for jobs or internships, and business services groups, restaurants on the platform.
“New Yorkers are busy 24/7 so today we are making it easier for New Yorkers to access city services — 24/7,” said New York City Mayor Eric Adams.
Also in Mycity are mixed programs for low-income New Yorkers. Those who need financial help to care for a child can easily and quickly use the application and apply.
